Yes. PetNest is a New Zealand brand, run from Auckland, designing pet doors here since 1999. Every order ships from our Auckland base.
What does PetNest sell?
Cat and dog doors made by Pet-Tek, and pet ID tags we engrave to order — plus a growing range of feeding, enrichment toys, grooming, walk & travel gear, cat essentials and spares chosen for New Zealand homes.
Are your pet doors made in New Zealand?
Our pet doors have been designed in New Zealand since 1999. Our wider range is curated for New Zealand homes and held in our Auckland warehouse.
Do the doors come with a warranty?
Yes — our Catwalk® and Dogwalk® doors are covered for 3 years on the door itself and 1 year on the moving parts, which are the flap, the 4-way locking dial and the magnets. Brands we stock, such as SureFlap, carry their own manufacturer’s warranty.
How much is shipping?
We ship nationwide from Auckland, with free shipping on orders over NZ$250.
